Thank you for choosing Ahead Apparel. This Shipping Policy describes our shipping practices and your options regarding the shipment of your order.
Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment is received. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production as garments are made to order unless stated otherwise. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided to you once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 3 business days of receiving the email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ahead Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Ahead Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Some products may not be available for international shipping due to legal restrictions, import/export regulations, or manufacturer limitations. We reserve the right to cancel orders for products that cannot be shipped internationally.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
